We had a truly wonderful experience staying in this four-story villa located right in the center of Istanbul, just a hundred meters from Taksim Square and all the main attractions. The location is absolutely perfect — everything is within walking distance. The villa itself is incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Every detail is carefully thought out, with tasteful decor and a harmonious color palette that creates a very comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. It really feels like home. Everything you could possibly need for living is provided and everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The garden is lovely and peaceful, the terrace and veranda are perfect for relaxing, and there are beautiful balconies that offer charming views. Every space in the house is inviting and carefully arranged for maximum comfort. The overall coziness, and the high level of comfort truly exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect stay, and I highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Istanbul.

We had an amazing stay at AB Residences! The villa is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect—just a couple of minutes from İstiklal Street, Taksim Square, and the Cihangir area. With so many restaurants and cafés nearby, it was easy to explore and enjoy the local flavors. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and the Nespresso machine with free capsules was a wonderful touch! It made our mornings even better. Despite arriving late, we received a warm and friendly welcome from the host, which made us feel at home right away. The host was superb, always available and helpful. Overall, this is a highly recommended place for anyone visiting Istanbul. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was just like the pictures. Best part are the long showers with no hot water problems. Great villa all in all!!! Amazing host ! Always available and friendly
