Clean, comfortable, excellent location and very well equipped. Aswell as being right on the beach it was also very easy to bus into the center of Edinburgh or along the coast. Would definitely rent this again.

What a wonderful place, clean and very comfortable. Iain the host communicated well and was a fountain of knowledge. Wonderful cafes, shops and restaurants in Portabello, a very short walk away and a very regular bus service into Edinburgh city centre (26) bus. Would 100% recommend.
