We had a one-night reservation and arrived late from the airport around 1:00 AM. The hotel policy required us to check in by ourselves since no staff were available after 7:00 PM. This meant we had to collect our keys and access the room on our own. They provided me with the self check-in instructions. Because I arrived at reception time and it was an interesting experience. Our room, however, was cozy, clean, and nicely located on the first floor next to the garden. Breakfast was included in our reservation , and the staff were very polite, smiling. Special thanks to the receptionist , who was very helpful and polite as well. Overall, despite the late check-in process, the experience was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, coziness, and the kindness of its staff. Regards Mahdi Hussein
