We were very satisfied with everything, the staff is kind and helpful (especially Taha and Nedin). The breakfast is plentiful, varied and very delicious (they constantly replenished it when it ran out). If we asked for anything at the reception or from the cleaning staff, we got it immediately. They also helped us with the shuttle service and excursions. The location of the hotel is excellent, the pool is clean, the beach is also quite close.

- Great location (5 min walk to the sea), quiet area with the supermarket across the road + fruit market in the corner - Children playground - 1 min walk from the hotel - the main street (Bus KL08 to Town and Back - very easy) - the room was nice, much light from the windows on perimeter - enough space for whole family (were were 2 adults+2 Teenagers+2 kids) - nice breakfast ( everything was good) - elevator 🛗 - nice little pool - very kind, quick, professional communication with the team of the reception. ❤️Dear Taha, thank you very much for all!You were very helpful from the moment of the booking until the last minute of our stay!❤️

The staff was friendly and welcoming, making both check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The location is great — just a short walk from the sea. A reliable internet connection was important for me, and although the routers were located in the hallway, the signal in the room was strong enough for video calls. That was a big plus.
