We had booked two rooms, one for our mothers and one for us as a couple. Both rooms were really good. Everything worked well, including the AC/heater which is a must for any room in Istanbul. The lift also helped a lot as our mothers couldn't climb the stairs. Our own room looked very bright with large windows. Both rooms were located on the 3rd floor and there were no other rooms on the same floor. We appreciate the free upgrading of rooms which the owner offered at check-in. Also, we were served with free Turkish coffee/tea every morning in the small lobby of the hotel. The bathrooms were clean and taking a warm shower was always possible and easy. We can recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay only a walking distance from Taksim square.

The hotel and the room were very clean, and the personnel were very kind and helpful especially Mohamed who helped me a lot suggesting where to go and how. I will definitely go back to this hotel next time.
