Location was very central to transport and access to main attractions. Breakfast was adequate, hot offerings limited.

There was a little issue at the beginning with the room but the staff were very helpful and cared about our request and need and resolved the issue the best. The hotel is well located and clean, quiet. We were there last year and this year and will be our choice again.

Firstly, I am short of words for their exceptional services. Everything's was amazing and incredible. Location is excellent close to metro, taksim, mosque, airport bus shuttle, supermarket. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with 1 or 2 dishes varying every day, keeping the basic constant. The gym is very well maintained with essential equipment. Room service is very fine. Reception service, the people assigned there are very well mannered and great there job. No language barrier, they do speak English. - Thank you so much for the room upgrade it was beautiful, and thank you again for the extra time granted us for the checkout. Coming to the room, we got the top floor, which has an incredible view, is spacious, and cleaned with all the amenities. And the bathroom was also very nice with a jacuzzi. The stay over this place was memorable. - Yes, they are very particular about rules, and that's what needed for good service and maintenance. GOOD JOB GUYS, KEEP SHINING!
