I am delighted to be staying at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul for the fourth time. I feel at home here. The management is very attentive; every request is answered, and I am sure each guest feels special. The hotel team is large and works incredibly well together. Everything has been thought of for guest comfort: two wonderful restaurants with delicious food, a magnificent spa, and comfortable and cozy rooms. But the most important thing, of course, is the attitude towards each guest. I would especially like to thank Yeliz Yesilselve for her attention to my husband and me. I had many requests and wishes, and Yeliz was always in touch and helped with all our questions and needs. We are very grateful to her and the entire hotel team for this. I would also like to especially thank Sevinch, who always greeted us warmly at the Atolye restaurant, helped us choose dishes, and found a cozy table for us. We always felt surrounded by care and attention. Thank you so much for the wonderful time spent at your hotel!
