The house had everything we needed, and more. The floorplan was nice, the bedrooms were well located (wrt each other) and had maximum privacy. There was a billiard table, a BBQ grill, and bicycles in the house that we were able to use, which was great. There were lots of stores withing walking distance (5-25 minutes) from the house I clouding a grocery store around the corner, bakeries, but her shops, etc.
