Bu, Baglioni otelde ikinci konaklamam. Kensington Garden'a doğrudan bakan konumu hoşuma gidiyor. Kahvaltı çok iyi ve daha da önemlisi otelin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever personeli. Resepsiyondaki Elena'ya ve anlayışı ile güzel, geniş bir süite yapılan ücretsiz yükseltme için otel müdürüne teşekkür ederim.
