Ritz Carlton İstanbul’da dördüncü kez konaklıyor olmaktan memnuniyet duyuyorum. Burada kendimi evimde hissediyorum. Yönetim çok ilgili; her talep cevaplanıyor ve eminim her misafir kendini özel hissediyor. Otel ekibi büyük ve inanılmaz uyum içinde çalışıyor. Misafirlerin konforu için her şey düşünülmüş: lezzetli yemekleri olan iki harika restoran, muhteşem bir spa ve rahat, sıcak odalar. Ama elbette en önemli şey her bir misafire gösterilen ilgi. Özellikle eşime ve bana gösterdiği ilgi için Yeliz Yeşilselve’ye teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Birçok isteğim ve dileğim oldu; Yeliz her zaman iletişimdeydi ve tüm sorularımızı ve ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Bunun için kendisine ve tüm otel ekibine çok minnettarız. Ayrıca Atölye restoranında bizi her zaman sıcak karşılayan, yemek seçiminde yardımcı olan ve bize rahat bir masa bulan Sevinç’e de özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Hep ilgi ve özenle kuşatılmış hissettik. Otelinizde geçirdiğimiz harika zaman için çok teşekkür ederiz!
