The room is very clean and comfortable. The basics are all there. We stayed only for 1 night when we were visiting our daughter in the Uni.

It’s very clean and well designed.

The host was very accommodating. Smart , clean modern room, bathroom and kitchen area. Very comfortable double bed,.spotless bedding. Excellent strong shower. Digital palm and number entry to the room, so very secure.😁

Lovely room, high spec furnishings, nice and clean. Great Comms with the owner, had an issue with the entry code which resolved super quickly and easily with a phone call. Have already booked again for next year. Would highly recommend.

Very clean rooms with all the basic facilities. Felt like the property was brand New. Had all the small kitchenette, a fridge, cutlery, cooking utensils.

Excellent communication. Very nice rooms - clean and stylish and safe.

The room and amenities were excellent. It was very clean and the owner responded to queries very quickly.

Clean and comfortable

Straight forward check in and check out. Had to contact the owner for the code. Quiet and appears newly renovated. Great supply and variety of kitchen equipment. Comfortable sleep

The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Great setup with keypads and WiFi controls. Very comfy bed in modern room with spacious walk-in shower room and kitchenette.

Very clean and comfortable

The location left me a little unsure of what I'd booked, but on getting into the property which is unmanned and requires contact with the owner to gain access for door code and room code, I felt secure and confident. The room was very clean and provided all requirements, bed, shower with toiletries etc and a small kitchen with all necessary equipment. Great for a small stay, would use again if in Nottingham.

Excellent value for money . Pleasantly surprised once through the door . Immaculate throughout with good facilities. Well stocked toiletries . Perfect for an overnight stay . Effortless entry via codes to front door and rooms.

I booked the property to attend the England v Senegal match and because the property was priced sensibly. The location was fine, being 45 minutes from the City Ground, through a combination of walking and the fast tram network (10 minutes or so into the city centre). There are four rooms in a terraced house with entry through the front door and to the room both via a code system, communicated by text by the host. The house and rooms have been very well refurbished with a small downstairs communal lounge and with modern rooms. The house is very clean and the room offers a small kitchen. All appliances worked and there was no internal or external noise. I came home after the match at night and felt safe in the neighbouring streets, the house being a 5 minute walk from The Forest tram stop.
