The site is run together with LONDONOS LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 12665318, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE).

Customer: the person making the booking, whose name, email address and phone number are on the booking form.

2. What the contract covers

The sale of the accommodation, tours and activities, airport transfers, flights and holiday packages combining them that the customer chooses on the site, and both parties’ rights and obligations. The service, dates, number of guests, total price and cancellation terms are in the booking summary and the confirmation email, which form part of this contract.

3. Who provides the services

Accommodation is provided by hotels, tours by tour and activity companies, transfers by transfer companies and flights by airlines. The seller is responsible for making and confirming the booking and for keeping the customer informed. For flights, the airline’s conditions of carriage also apply.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are those shown on the site at the time of booking, taxes included. Any local tax or optional extras payable at the hotel are shown separately.
  • Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. When you book, only a hold is placed on your card; the amount is charged once the booking is confirmed (for flights, once the ticket is issued).
  • If a booking cannot be confirmed, the hold is released and no contract is formed.
  • The payment page shows the exact amount and currency to be taken from your card before you pay.

5. Forming and performing the contract

The contract is formed when the seller confirms the booking and sends the confirmation email. Documents (confirmation, ticket, meeting details) are sent to the email address the customer gave. The service is provided by the relevant supplier on the dates and at the place in the booking.

6. Right to cancel within 14 days

The statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply to accommodation, passenger transport, transfers and leisure services booked for a specific date or period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28, in the UK; Distance Contracts Regulation, Article 15, in Turkey). Cancellations and refunds therefore follow the cancellation terms below.

7. Cancellations, changes and refunds

The cancellation terms of each service are shown when you choose it and in the confirmation email (room card, tour card, airline fare rules, transfer terms). Refundable amounts are paid back to the card used for payment. Details: Delivery and Return Terms.

For holiday packages, your rights under package travel law are not affected.

8. Customer’s obligations

  • To give correct and complete details for yourself and the other guests/passengers; for flights, names must match the ID or passport.
  • To hold the passport, visa and health documents needed for the trip.
  • To follow the rules of the hotel, tour company and airline.

9. Seller’s obligations

  • To confirm the booking with the supplier and send the documents on time.
  • If a service cannot be provided, to tell the customer straight away and offer an equivalent option where possible; if it is not accepted, to refund everything paid.
  • To handle personal data in line with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR Notice.

10. Complaints and disputes

Please send any complaint first to [email protected]. Consumers in Turkey may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court for their area, within the limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Consumers in the UK keep all their statutory rights.

11. Acceptance

Before completing a booking, the customer confirms having read these terms and the booking summary. The current version is always on this page.
