Search for your destination, dates and guests, choose a room, tour or transfer, and enter the guest and card details. We email you that your request has arrived, confirm your place with the hotel, tour or transfer company or airline, and then send your confirmation email.
When you book, we only place a hold on your card. It is charged once your booking is confirmed (for flights, once the ticket is issued). If we cannot confirm it, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
Yes. Your card details go over an encrypted connection straight to our licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices, and Amazon Pay for payments in pounds, euros or dollars. Bookings paid in Turkish lira can be paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Yes, for bookings paid in pounds or euros. At the payment step you can choose Klarna (pounds and euros) or Clearpay (pounds) to split the amount into instalments or pay later. Klarna or Clearpay decide whether you can use them and show you their terms before you confirm. Instalments are not available for payments in Turkish lira.
The cancellation terms are shown when you choose: on the room card for hotels, on the tour card for tours, and in the airline's fare rules for flights. They are also in your confirmation email. To cancel or change, write to us with your booking number (LR-...).
Return flights, the hotel, tours and airport transfers for two people, at one price per person. You can also build your own trip and get 5% off when you choose all four.
Check-in is usually from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00, but each hotel sets its own times. For a late arrival or early departure, tell us when you book or write to us afterwards and we will pass it on to the hotel.
No. The price you see includes taxes. Some hotels charge a local tourist tax or optional extras such as parking at the property; where we know of them, they are shown separately.
