Spacious, centrally located modern apartment. Two balconies, one of which had a washing line and airer. Very handy as the excellent washing macine got a good work out during our stay. Our apartment was at the back of building, but the balcony and living room had water views across the Kordon. Being at the back was an advantage, as the Kula club, accross the road, had loud music playing every night, which would have been even louder at the front. (ear plugs were supplied:) Full size fridge, smart TV and comfy bed. Parking was easy at any of the roads surrounding the building. Multiple eating options within a short walk. Easy drive into Fethiye, the old town, the fabulous weekly fruit and veg markets as well as Oludeniz and Mount Babadag. Although we never met, the owner was very responsive to whatssap messages.

The flat is in central location, easy access to the beach front , restaurants and local shops. We came with two kids ( 2 years and 6 years old) , and we had a nice time. The CO owner of the apartment is super nice and friendly , he kept checking on by texting me every other day and asking me anything that I need, etc. They also offer a baby bedcot, which isn't initially mentioned via the booking.com page, so anyone who needed can certainly contact the owner via WhatsApp to request it. We will definitely come back . Thank you 😊

Great location across the road from the waterfront with plenty of bars and restaurants. The apartment is set back from the busy road with double glazing to help reduce the traffic noise. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and washing machine. We appreciated the supply of washing liquid, drying rack, and iron & ironing board. The water pressure in the shower was good. The long sofas were really comfortable and provided plenty of space to relax. The apartment is clean and spacious with a balcony and a table and chairs.

Wunderbare Lage.;direkt an der Promenade alles fussläufig. Sehr gute Restaurants in der nähe. Sehr sehr zu empfehlen.

Хорошее местоположение. Чистые апартаменты. Номер с видом на набережную и море. Были в двоем, но аппарты могут разместить и семью из четверых человек. Есть всё необходимое: мини-кухня, посуда, доп бельё, холодильник, утюг, гладильная доска. Местоположение хорошее. Единственный нюанс дорога рядом, но с закрытыми окнами почти не слышно. Два кондиционера. В целом очень хорошо.

Отличные апартаменты. Чисто, оборудована кухня, есть стиральная машина, сейф. Всегда есть парковка рядом с домом. Удобное расположение. По близости много ресторанов, магазинов, променадная набережная. Приятный и отзывчивый хозяин. С удовольствием вернемся еще!

Easy access to everything.good location. Spacious apartment and having extras (washing machine). Very clean and new. A/C in bedroom and living room. Good parking. Nice balcony. Host met us and stayed in contact for any questions. Good service. We also found a great restaurant called Seeds a few steps away.

Great location, attentive staff, comfortable stay. Great amenities such as kitchen and washing machine. Staff answered all our questions and were quick to reply. Restaurants next to the ocean is right across the street! Many supermarkets are close by.

Center of Fethiye, very clean and comfortable place.

I stayed in apt 4. I really enjoyed my stay and had a good rest. Apartment is simple, but nice, clean and small details are thought of: tips on area, instruction to washing machine, ear plugs with instructions, small bags with pepper and salt. AC worked well. Location is good, right next to promenade, 20 minutes walking to old center. Onur was nice and replied quickly.

Onur was super helpful. Location is also great, surrounded by many nice bars and restaurants :)
