Staff made our weekend , they were all excellent
Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, smelled fresh and great shower. Fab location and parking easy, skipped breakfast so can't comment. Staying Saturday to sunday meant slightly later check out - ideal! Amazing price compared to others we've stayed at. Would definitely recommended and shall return.
The staff were really friendly, loved the entertainment laid on
Very clean
Location is good as it is only a gentle incline from the Valley Bridge. All the staff have been absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Our room was warm, we were visiting in November, but the windows open a little so were able to regulate the temperature quite well. The beds were very comfortableand the bathrooms were absolutely fine, so all in all a really good little place to stay.
