10m2 Hotel

The price ! You cant beat their prices in that location. The room is small but nice.

The location is excellent just a short walk to the metro and a large shopping mall, which is very convenient. There are also several convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab anything you might need during your stay.

The location was great, very central, and easy to find. I liked the breakfast and coffee, and the staff were all really pleasant and extremely helpful. We even got "sent with water" on the way back to the airport...I don't know what the gentleman with the Australian accent is called but he was really friendly, helpful and overall a great guy! All the staff were amazing.

Clean, comfort, good location, nice service and great breakfast. Will come again when going to istanbul.

It's google in its prices, but it's a appartment which handled by other main hotel. But distance is just 2 minutes. There available house keeping orwauter there. But their breakfast was so good and staff is also helpful.

Next to shopping malls, and some small restaurants around

Everything was great!

Calm area in the middle of the city. Close to bus stop which can take you further into the city for example to the tram station to continue to the Blue Mosque. I only stayed there for one night so didn't explore too much the area close by, but found it quite comfortable for the time I was there.

The place was very good. Very clean and most conveniently located. The staff were very very kind and helpful. Thanks for making my stay in Instabil comfortable. This is from someone who never give reviews Sarah

The staff are very nice, welcoming and handful. 😍 Rooms are clean.

Perfect. Well run

Everybody was super friendly, hotel was very clean and tidy, its near the metro, thanks a lot

The rooms are small but very well organized. You get water and toilet amenities refreshed everyday. For the price you pay everything is way above my expectations.

Nice and accommodating hosts, the room was small (expected) but had everything necessary. Strong AC.
