Location - quiet location. Rooms - bed was very comfortable, good selection of toiletries, room well equipped. Breakfast - food was really good, local produce as well as homemade jam/marmalade which was excellent.

Stylish, art-filled interiors, superb breakfast, staff warm and ready to help. Every room sized and decorated differently; gorgeous scenery out of the window. Near to Calton Hill, 10-15 to bus station depending on walk speed. Small gem garden and beautiful whisky bar.

We came to 24 Royal terrace for our wedding anniversary, and this visit was amazing. They kindly gave us a room on the top floor - the room was spacious, clean; the bed was super comfortable! They even brought us some Prosecco in honour of our occasion - a lovely gesture! Full Scottish breakfast was delicious, and the dining area looked fantastic too. In general, hotel's interior is so stylish and beautiful.
