Perfect location for sightseeing in and around Edinburgh. Extremely friendly staff and David was very informative about places to visit etc. Breakfast was also delicious and set us up for the day each morning.

The stuff was phenomenal, absolutely friendly people. It felt like coming home. The Scottish breakfast was tasty. Check-In and Check-Out were super easy. Location is good to explore both centre and Leith and also go to Airport by tram. Thanks!

A very nice B&B with all the original designs we all love. Comfy bed. The single room is tiny but clean and cozy. There are busses in all directions just around the corner! Very convenient. Good breakfast as well. Thanks David!!

Beautiful traditional Scottish house, full of character. Wonderful, friendly hospitality. Full Scottish breakfast - all you can eat and more, in an elegant room with proper table linen, china etc. Comfy bed with quality bed linen. Close to bus stops. Proximity to the port area (Leith). Quiet.
