We liked the ambience & decor. The food was excellent. The staff were impeccable. Everyone was helpful & friendly. We were in walking distance to all the major attractions. We had a problem with our transfer to the airport but the Bell Team & the Bell Captain organised a replacement service in no time. All in all a wonderful stay.

It’s a lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable. Very good and helpful staff. The free shuttle provided till 5pm to get to either Sultanahmet Square or Grand Bazaar is great especially in the first 2 days when you don’t know your way around the many little uphill and downhill cobbled streets. Make sure you have good walking shoes.

Location was spot on and staff was very helpful. They did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast team was equally good and accommodated our requests as per our requests. We were surprised with little gifts they handed us at the time of checkout.
