Clean, most of the time there was someone on reception

Bigger rooms as normal in London. Clean and normal bathroom. Nice staff.

The location was good- approx 10 mins walk to Whitechapel train station ( which is on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow). The number 15 bus also stops close to the apartment which was useful. There is a Tesco express nearby. The reception staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was perfect with a very comfortable bed. The small kitchenette had everything I needed.

You can leave your luggage. We weren't able to leave our luggage because we checked in two hours early. Great.

Incredibly clean room, with all the little extras you could possibly want for your stay. The view from our 3rd floor window was really nice at night, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! Despite the location being a little unclean, the hotel is within walking distance of the underground so it is easy to get to wherever you need to go.

In general it’s a good place for the money.

It had a nice modern and clean feel and good facilities, the staff were incredibly kind.

Very nicely finished, contemporary yet had everything me and my girlfriend needed for a 1-night stay. Easy to pop in and out of using the keycard and with a rear facing room didn’t have any issues with the busy main road

Convenient for our concert. Compact but very comfortable, lovely bed, stylish decor, good amenities. Spotless and great value for money.
