Arch Palace

Very central place,my concern was to have AC,as it was quite hot and it met my expectations. Room was simple but very comfortable. Bathroom facility was good,toilet seat was a bit loose.Manager was very helpful. Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was nice,though not very much variety but enough for a good start for a day.Overall I was happy.

We booked a budget room and I was pleasantly surprised at how cozy and comfortable it was. The breakfast was excellent and had a delicious variety - even day to day. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Location was simply the best - close to the action but still quiet. And just amazing for balloon watching.

Room alloted for the first night waa bad. Second room was good. Worth the money.

Very nice staff and beautiful position

It was in the heart of Capadoccia, near by cafe’s and restaurants. Walking around on high and steep streets of hills of this city is not easy anyways, but we found many amenities just within ten to fifteen mins walk. This was an ideal location for us. Otherwise you can ask the management to arrange for a tour for you with their reliable transportation tours.

The location is perfect, the room is spotless, and the terrace offers a beautiful view, especially at night. The breakfast is excellent, and a special thanks to the kitchen staff, who were incredibly friendly and prepared delicious meals😋.As well hotel staff, they were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel ^_^

location and clean less

It's well located, great views to see the balloons in the early morning. The breakfast was really good and the service of the woman so nice and kind. The room is comfortable and clean.

We had a gorgeous turkish room, and the accommodation had beautiful rooftop views where you could see the balloons. Great location, able to be picked up by all tour companies. They were able to help with a camel tour which was fantastic. Great breakfast and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help in anyway.

Manager and all the hotel personnel were helpful.

I love the staff who work in the night shift, super talkative and always being helpful! Great location to the city center and the hill to the top.

Spacious room, quiet, nice breakfast, beautiful view from room

The staff were super helpful in giving us travel advise and helped us book trips. The room was smaller but cozy, and the terrace was also nice. For the price, it's really good.
