Ashgrove House Hotel

I had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, very close to the city centre, which made it easy to get around. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly without any issues. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice breakfast service, sufficient to start your day. Wonderful breakfast room and good options! My room was kept clean which I liked and the overall quality of the property is very good. Well kept which I appreciated very much.

Breakfast is really good and room is enough to rest in. I love this apartment.

Comfortable room, parking, excellent location 5 mins walk to Haymarket

Great affordable place, nice location, a very traditional breakfast is included

The room was cozy. My room type was shared bathroom, but comfortably there was a sink in the room. Additionally, English breakfast was tasty.

Good location, easy to reach the center and airport by bus. Very good view, friendly staff, very good breakfast.

Very nice room and all house looks very nice, the design is so cute, great breakfast, very cute owners. Shared bathroom was spacious and accessible, with all the necessary toiletries. It was also nice that owners allowed me to leave my luggage until the evening. This could be the best place to stay in Britain I have been to, if not for one drawback, it was cold at night in the room

We loved our room and the delicious breakfast

The property is in a good location for buses and trams into the centre. The hosts are very pleasant and helpful. The property is lovely and clean and the breakfast is excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Walking distance to City Center and alternatively you can take bus or tram nearby. Free parking included which is a big plus for us as we can park the car and make use of the public transportation. Room is clean and tidy. Everything is fine.

Very well situated! Near the new and old Town. Everything was reachable by foot! Friendly owner and staff. Breakfast was good 👍

Very sweet and furnished in old fashion. I loved it. Was warmly welcomed, the breakfast was great, room very clean. Free parking & Internet. Bus stop in walking distance. Bus brings you to city center in 10 minutes.

Lovely guest house close to trams and transport. 20 mins walk into town and from castle 30 /40mins so I walked everywhere. Airport bus 7mins walk away. Very safe area . I had a great single room shared bathroom across hallway but never had to wait as only shared with one other room. The room was comfortable and quiet but did not keep window open at night. Breakfast was great and cooked well. It was good value especially during Fringe and would happily return.

Room was nice, facilities good. Breakfast very nice.

This hotel is very comfortable and convenient. A nice quiet location.. The room was excellent and as well the breakfasts

This B&B is in a really excellent location - just down the road from Haymarket train station, 2 tram stops from the city centre, and 15-20 min walk to the village of dean. All the sights are accessible, and because it isn't in the city centre it's more affordable and much quieter - helped by the massive private park across the road. Restaurants are about 5-10 min walk down the road, so it's easy to find a diversity of food. The breakfast in the morning was helpful and provided several options, with very quick service. The family running it were very friendly and accomodating. The building itself has old charm but is modern enough to be comfortable. Price was very good value for money compared to other places around the city.
