Athena Hotel

Everything was great.

Good localization. Great personal.Good housekeeping.

I am used to boutique London hotels, but this room was really tiny, where only 1 person could move around.

Perfect for what we wanted after a concert - great price for clean and comfortable accommodation.

Excellent location and parking in front of the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful as we’re dining room staff.

The most wonderful thing about the hotel that it was very clean.

Great location- comfy, cosy twin room. Great shower. Good tea making facilities. Lovely man on reception.

I loved how comfortable the bed was and how clean the entrance, hallways and the room was. The bedroom and bathroom were a good comfortable size. The staff was all very pleasant and welcoming.

Brilliant location, just 5mins walk from Paddington Station, yet on a quiet road. Room was just about OK for size (twin room) but only for a couple days. Great bathroom. Very clean. Good breakfast too

Small row house type hotel on relatively quiet shaded street in a near park like setting yet convenient to Paddington station. Family run with helpful attentive staff. Clean throughout. Only downside is no room air conditioning for those sultry summer nights. A small room fan is provided but you’ll want to ask for another more powerful fan if you want to be relatively comfortable. Lobby is air conditioned. If you need a cab, ask the staff to book a black cab, not the private cab service that the staff suggests. I had a very bad experience with that company — bad enough to file a complaint with the Transport For London government agency — which ought to suspend their taxi operator license, in my opinion. This was my second stay and I would return again, despite the above comments.

This was our second stay in a 10 days. Great location of hotel. Walking distance from Paddington Station. Loads of good restaurants serving halal meal. The Family room was very spacious. The staff was very responsive. Good buffet breakfast.
