Ayazma Cave Hotel

Excellent location, and heartfelt service.

The following is from my wife Linda(Xiaoyi) and her friends, thanks for your excellent service: "Our two-night stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel left us with wonderful memories to our trip to Cappadocia. We arrived late that day, Ruhan and his colleague Ali were waiting for us. As soon as we were seated in the reception room, they offered us a cup of hot tea, that made us feel the warmth after the sudden change from the sweltering heat of Antalya to the coolness of Cappadocia. Due to weather conditions, the hot air balloon flight was canceled. Ruhan and Ali were very apologetic and proactively planned alternative activities for us, helping us book an evening show. However, one of our group members couldn't attend, Ruhan happily cancelled the show for her. Since we had to leave early in the morning, Ruhan prepared a breakfast for each of us: a large sandwich, a juice carton, and an apple. When it was the time for us to leave, Ruhan was waiting to help with our luggage and wished us good luck on our upcoming trip. Ruhan and his colleagues were truly friendly and thoughtful. We hope to visit again."

We had the most wonderful stay at Ayazma Cave Hotel. The service was truly above and beyond our expectations. Ruhaan was absolutely amazing — always there to help with anything we needed. From the fresh fruit plates he surprised us with, to calling taxis at a moment’s notice, and even arranging our shuttle from the airport, he made our stay effortless. One evening my mom accidentally left her phone in a shop in Ürgüp just before closing. Ruhaan not only called them first thing the next morning, but somehow had the phone delivered to the hotel before 8am so we didn’t even need to go pick it up. That level of care and dedication is something we’ll never forget! The breakfast was delicious with many options, the rooms were beautiful, spotless, and full of character, and the cave hotel itself is just stunning. The location is perfect — less than a 10-minute walk into Ürgüp and only about a 15-minute drive to Göreme. I cannot recommend Ayazma Cave Hotel enough. If I could give it 15 stars, I would! We would definitely love to stay here again.

Perfect place to rest and sleep, very helpfull and nice staff and clean and comfortable room

Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly. Both Husain and Ruhaan were always welcoming and very accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean.

The only thing that makes no sense is that they offer a room with 3 beds and is the one I selected and when we got to the hotel they charged us $35 euros for foldable bed, but other then that everything was fine!!!

The hotel has a homey feel. It was exquisite but also has a familiar aura. The room was adorned with trinkets that shouted “Kapadokya”. We felt like royalty. There was a hot tub in our room and it was absolutely brilliant. Like having a private spa. The property is also located just a few minutes walk from town. We felt like locals being able to walk into town and explore whenever we wanted to. We came for our honeymoon and it was definitely one to remember.

It was clean and very comfortable. The staff was exceptional.

Sencer provided excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and everything was perfect. Truly outstanding support!"

Breakfast was included and it was one of the best we had in our entire trip to Turkey. Friendly staff, always available. We had a broken bed, but they replaced it within ten minuites. They also gave us a complimentary fruit tray at the end of our stay. The washroom was very spacious, and clean. They also clean your room on a daily basis and maintain it very well. They do offer laundry services, but we found much more affordable options outside, who were willing to pick up and deliver.

Exceeded our expectations

Authentic, huge atmosphere.

This is a little place in Urgup. There was not much to do there but the people at this hotel were exceptional human beings. They made our stay there very special.
