Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Elevator for easy access. Self-service breakfast with quite a few choices prepared on the terrace on the upper floor with a beautiful view of the city and sea. The hotel was not difficult to find. Those who have no problem can walk to the city ... about 20 minutes. A shop is available under the hotel.

Lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace with sea views - though like many places on this trip no real coffee which was a little disappointing. Room comfortable and clean, great shower. Very busy main road between the hotel and the sea meant it was quite noisy (after staying in the peace of a cave hotel previously!) but we got used to it, and it did mean transport connections on the local buses which stop just outside on either side of the road, meant it was very easy to get into town or venture further afield. Very handy for Boyalik Beach but you take your life in your hands every time you cross the road!

Our room was very spacious and we had a balcony with chairs and a clothes rack, There was a fridge in our room. Big selection for breakfast. There was a supermarket right under the hotel. The hotel is very close to the beach or you can catch a minibus to Ilica, however, you are 15m walking distance from the city center and all the restaurants.

Large room with sea view. Clean, well maintained pool. 15 minutes walk to nice public beach.

The hotel is very nice, it has a pool and comfortable bed, all the furniture is new. There is a minimarket near the hotel and the minibus station is right in front of it. You can take the minibus to ilica beach, alacati or cesme marina. The public beach near the hotel, boyalik does not have any amenities (shower, toilette), for is ilica beach was the best. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty and delicious, we liked everything we ate.

The owners and the team were incredibly kind and helpful at all times, our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was included and very tasty, location was perfect bcs the hotel is right across from the 'Boyalik Beach' which we highly prefered and enjoyed, right next to the hotel is a supermarket which is very convenient, and the bus station to Alaçati or Ilica is also right there. We'll definitely come again.

Good location opposite the beach, clean and modern room, lovely pool and lovely staff which were very helpful.
