The room was nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, tea and coffee with cattle was extra plus point, and heating water was working too well. Very near to city bus tour ( toot bus, big B) and Paddington tube station. Available restaurants from different cuisine. Highly recommend

Our main reason for staying here was to sleep, refresh and be near to Paddington station. This hotel meets all those criteria; excellent beds, good shower and near the station and plenty of places to have breakfast and dine.

It is a secure building in a good location on Norton Square near Paddington station. Our room was on the first floor. It was off the street so quieter. While only a view of a small inner light well, we could open our window safely for good ventilation. The staff was always present and very gracious. Many places to eat nearby.

Location is great for public transport, local shopping and London sightseeing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast at £7.50 was good value for London. Room was serviced daily.
