Berr Hotel

Ahmad and Ali were the best. They helped me a lot during my stay and made me feel like family. Ask for them and you will not be disappointed.

Clean , comfortable, easy reaching in old town Coaperative staff esp siyer and erdogan in reception

I love the hotel is so clean, friendly people convenience in the middle of Istanbul

Location and friendly staff

Mr Ahmed , at reception was very good and welcoming he knows a requirement of a customer and their need . All needs were met and the main reason to extend my stay was for me Ahmed at reception . Very human and not cheats . Good job , keep up , and see u again .

Good hotel in general but some aspects need to be ameliorated.

Location and good facility

The location of the hotel is at the walking distance to the main Istanbul attractions.( bazar, moschees , public transportation, etc. ) Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. We received fruit plates in the room after arrival which we didn't order and we liked it. A wonderful surprise from the hotel personnel..

Very good hospitality I forgot their name thanks to all of them who helped us

Very clean. Good situation and good breakfast.

Great staff

Great property to stay at and the staff was great

Staff were very helpful.specially Mr Fatih at front desk in advising on travel options, ensuring taxi availability. Just two suggestions for the consideration of the management. The breakfast spread was good, may consider to provide omelette if requested especially for those who dislike boiled eggs like me.. I was told it will be done at extra cost. The starbuks cafe attached to the hotel, serves only coffee and other drinks. For lunch and dinner you will have to go out this is at times is difficult in the cold and rain. It will be helpful if the hotel has an understanding with nearby restaurants for ordering and delivery of food. The rooms were clean and stay was comfortable I would recommend the hotel as it is quiet central and easily accessible

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they greeted us warmly and made sure we had fresh water and fruit every day. Breakfast was included in the price and added great value to our stay. Highly recommend!

Very pleasant welcome from the lovely staff. Good location and easy to park outside from the moment we arrived. There may be basement parking but we didn’t utilize that.
