Best Garden Hotel

Close to every thing. The staff were brilliant. Especially Ali in the front desk. Also Mohamed Ghazala. They were very helpful and wonderful.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it’s always a great experience. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is really good with nice options. I also love the café at the hotel — it’s a great place to enjoy a shisha, and have a good time. Everything about this place feels welcoming and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Staff were excellent, english understanding varied among staff, but they still tried to help. Rooms were left clean daily and the room came with a small fridge where we could store drinks. Beds were very comfortable. The room (4 bed) was spacious with plenty of light. In October we found the room nice and warm and the AC was perfectly fine for cooling the room slightly. We were provided with a Kettle and some tea coffee etc Nice buffet with good selection. Mostly the same items everyday though. But plenty of choice. Very few people seemed to be using the buffet at any one time. Excellent location with a small park outside. Shops outside the door, where we could buy water, snacks and drinks Transport links were good, and we were not far from the tram or the underground (metro), Getting to the main sites was very easy. We even walked back once (stopping at Chef Murad for dinner) Across the main road, there were many restaurants and takeaways. The staff were happy to let us store our large pram downstairs which did make things easier, when were coming and going. On the first night on arrival one of the staff members brought us up a selection of fruits, this was very kind of them (possible as we had children)
