Many thanks to the manager Goka, for his professional and sincere actions. When booking, I indicated the wrong card, but he resolved the issue with this, also gave us a room better than I wanted. All hotel staff are friendly. Many thanks to all the staff, kitchen, cleaning, reception. Unfortunately I do not know all the names, mr Ramazan and Goka, you made our holiday wonderful.

The hotel is in a great location close to many attractions in the Old City eg. Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel helped us to organize transfer from the airport. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - great selection and it was located on the top floor of the hotel and has fantastic view. There are many restaurants nearby. We chose a 2 bedroom apartment with a courtyard and it had a small kitchen with a washing machine and dryer (which is much appreciated!)

The room is big and spacious, walking distance to most of main attractions in Sultanahmet district like Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace Museum. Many cafes around the property. Many variety of breakfast menu and the taste are good. The restaurant has nice view.

I stayed in the apartment which is 120 meters from the am main building but comfortable and the hamam in the apartment keeps the apartment warm and cozy

The staff is wonderful, every single one of them!!! The hammam in our room is the best add on! I will miss it so much. The hotel is so conveniently located, most of the sites and the restaurants are within walking distance. .

The staff are really nice and helpful, we arrived early in the morning and they were willing to offer complementary breakfast though we didn't use as we were full, the terrace view is good, so as the food and it's really convenient to visit the major tourist sights.

Was great value for money. It was located close to all the sights on the European side of Istanbul. We could walk there so saved on transport time and costs. Would hirely recommend.
