Best Western Chiswick Palace & Suites London

Nice quiet spacious room. The hotel is well located not far from Chiswick High Street and Turnham Green Tube station. Staff very helpful .

Clean spacious rooms and really lovely staff. The area is fantastic as well.

Reasonable buffet breakfast and location!

London hotels can be hit and miss in terms of size and quality. This was a very pleasant surprise with more space than I was expecting and in good condition. Location was great with convenient access to the High st, midway between two tube stations and a short walk to the Thames and associated pubs.

Great location, nicely remodeled room in a fun neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel was very close to Tube stations, which made it very easy to travel to various locations. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was well organised. Our room was compact, but this is to be expected in London. The surrounding area felt safe and quiet, even though there were shops, cafes, a cinema, etc nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Chiswick has a village type atmosphere with cosy bookshops, high end op shops and a wide range of great eateries. Two tube stations are there but neither has lifts. Good bus services and it is so close to Hammersmith, Kew Gardens, Richmond and the big Westfield at White City. The hotel has newly furnished rooms with kitchenette and laundry facilities. The older rooms are standard hotel rooms without a fridge but they are clean, comfortable and everything works. Staff are fabulous, nothing is too much bother. Good breakfast at a good price if you order the day before. Parking also available on site.

The hotel was in a convenient location and was more or less what I expected for the price that I paid and I would stay there again

The shower actually had decent pressure & the bed was quite comfortable.

Nice hotel with a very nice room with kitchen and washer, in a quiet area at the back of the hotel. The nearest subway station is about 10 min of walk, and 25 min of drive from Heathrow Airport. Helpful staff provided free ironing equipment and free luggage storage for the day.

Was travelling for a funeral friend was around the corner, Church 4 minutes, wake venue 6 minute so ideal location. Staff pleasant and helpful as well.

Location, cleanliness and comfortable.
