John 8.0

Reception was efficient and friendly. Tea in the room was welcome and more milk was provided upon request. The room was quite spacious (for a budget hotel in London). The bed was comfortable, and the aircon actually worked! The toilet paper was some of the best I have used in a hotel anywhere!

Mark 8.0

The hotel was lovely the room was adequate for a single traveller.

Ran 9.0

I would like to live here again if I go to London again by myself. It’s really easy to go to Hyde park, like 2 mins walk. I really appreciate living in this room can go to Hyde park in the morning then having a English breakfast just nearby

Dee 8.0

Breakfast was good- lots of variety. Staff were exceptional.

Alan 9.0

The staff were welcoming. The hotel itself is in a great location and on a quiet side street so feels very quiet and comfortable. Stylish decor and a bar area with good seating. The room was clean and modern with all appropriate facilities. Staff checked in with me after I arrived in the room to see if I was happy - which I was. My room was quite small but not uncomfortably so and all the things I needed were there. The bathroom was clean and stylish and there was good wardrobe space. I would recommend.

Siouxmioux 8.0

The breakfast was excellent and exceptional value. Staff were friendly and efficient. The location was very convenient for Kensington Palace Gardens and Hyde Park and within walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Area was clean and quiet with a number of restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.
