Best Western Plus Hotel Konak

Had the best time ever staff was helpful

Excellent check-in experience. The hotel was clean and quiet, providing a relaxing atmosphere. It’s conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Konak Square. The housekeeping staff were very kind and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay. We made the reservation for two rooms via Booking.com. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we noticed that the room provided was different from what was listed on Booking. The lady at the reception during the day resolved the issue while we were having coffee. We appreciated her quick and kind assistance
