Car parking is made easy - Especially considering it is not actually on their site. Simple one this: The Coffee in the dining area was Decent (Better than usual), goes a long way for me. The Team were Professional and attentive - Thanks!

Ali, on reception, was excellent and well worth a separate mention; very pleasant and helpful. Made us feel very welcome from the first moment. Also, the young lady on reception on the morning of the 4th (sorry, did not get her name) was also excellent, going above and beyond to chase our taxi for an urgent appointment at the embassy, without being asked to.

Avril 9.0

Great location for tube stations, clean room, helpful staff. Would recommend it.

The Best Western Vauxhall is a clean, modern, well-appointed hotel tucked away in Old South Lambeth Road. It's a good option for staying just outside the central congestion zone. The staff are very accommodating, and communication with the hotel through the Booking.com app prior to our stay was prompt and helpful.

Lloyd 9.0

This is the second time I have stayed at this property - the location speaks for itself, great connections. The property is what you expect from a Best Western Hotel - clean and comfortable. Parking is secure and 22GBP per day / night. I made some administrational errors on my booking and both Best Western and Booking.com were exceptionally helpful sorting it out and getting all in order - I was very pleased to be supported in how they did. I have to say a big shout out to Ali on the front desk, who offered exceptional customer service resolving the issues (my fault) and providing a very welcome stay throughout. Customer service is not a trait you get all so often even in such industries that revolve around customers! But this was an exceptional level of service delivered by Ali. I would definitely use this property again!
