The best about this hotel is the location is near to mostly all attractive locations , and the employee Abdullah is the best he made me love the place , very helpful and honest and full of knowledge

In Istiklal pedestrian All The staff, specially Abdullah Kaykun - kind n helpfull - breakfast also good

Staff very nice

The property was amazing about that they were completely helpful

What I loved most about this hotel were the people. Abdullah, at the reception, is an awesome guy — he truly makes your stay feel like home. Hassan, an elderly gentleman, left me speechless with his kindness and humility. I felt shy receiving such respect and care from him. Truly a gem of a person — I have so much love and admiration for him. Guljan, the lady who takes care of breakfast, is sweet, caring, and always greets you with a charming smile that brightens your morning. Asad, the young receptionist, is dynamic, helpful, and always ready to assist with a positive attitude. The warmth and hospitality of these wonderful people made my stay unforgettable
