The place is in the middle of the city, close to the mall, lots of places to eat that is much more affordable than tourists areas. Good budget place. Just opposite of the bus terminal and the local transport (dolmus) station that I believe you can get a bus from there to all the places and beaches. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady that work there can't speak English but try her best to help trough Google translate. She is lovely.
