Comfort and staff kindness

Nice big room with great views. The staff are super attentive and friendly and always want to make sure that you have everything you need. They even parked my hire car for me and brought it out to me when I checked out. The breakfast is also fantastic!

Check-in was fast and professional. The front desk team is always there to help. Thanks to Mohammed for the fast check-in

The rooms were so clean and spotless, staff were also very kind and helpful. Rooms are well-equipped and hospitality was 10/10

We booked two rooms double for 2 people. Once we arrived to the hotel, the receiptionnist told us the two rooms are single 1 person I showed him our booking on booking.com showing two people then said we only received for one person and asked me to pay extra. Finally after debating he asked his manager who accepts at end. But after he stressed me too much.
