Excellent location near the tram terminal for access to the otogar and local buses. Staff always helpful and friendly. Room quite large and very clean. Healthy breakfast.

The spacious room, breakfast and location and close to restaurants and bakeries.

Location and cleanliness

I had a two-night stay overall and was very satisfied, especially considering the price. The location is central, just a 5-10 minute walk from the Osmangazi metro station. The staff was kind and helpful, and the cleanliness of the room, bedding, and bathroom was satisfactory. I had good sleeps there and was very satisfied with the quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty and offered a nice variety of food options. All in all, it felt like a 4-star experience at a 3-star price.

Very central location close to shopping malls and many restaurants along the main road. Free parking is available next to the hotel and the hotel staff will park your car.

Everything! Excellent location, fantastic hotel with kind staff. It is at least a real 4 star hotel. I will definitely stay at this hotel whenever I come to Bursa. Although it is in the city center, it is very quiet. Great breakfast too. I score 10/10 without any hesitation.

Great hotel in a good location. Modern and clean facilities. Close to public transport. Major tourist attractions are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance. Friendly and professional staff always willing to help. Thank you!

Good and clean hotel. The breakfast was ok.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very welcoming. The location isn’t the best, but the rooms are comfortable. One downside is that the TV doesn’t allow you to log into your personal YouTube account, which can be a bit inconvenient if you like watching programs in your native language.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff enjoy excellent treatment.

Nice property clean nice staff actually Umit how works in the reception and area was close to everything restaurant, shops and the big mall of Kent maydani . The breakfast was good and it been served in the terrace of the hotel with a nice view of the city.

New hotel, squeaky clean, friendly and accommodating staff, outstanding breakfast buffet

Everything

Good location - within walking distance to the train station, metro station, tram and minibus station. Plenty of eating places nearby. Bazaar and a few other attractions are also within walking distance if one doesn't mind walking 15 to 25 minutes. Served plentiful and filling breakfast - fresh vegetables, variety of cheese, some fruits, eggs, bread, to mention a few. The friendly and kind staff - Sema, Eda and the gentlemen who went out their way to help - with the information, the transport arrangement and etc. I arrived at 9am and they allowed me an early check-in.
