Very comfortable stay. but I want to add that the staff handled my accidental cut with great care and professionalism. They went above and beyond to treat my wound quickly and made me feel supported.

Having stayed with Citizen M a few times now, we know the layout of the room - compact and bijou, but everything we possibly need is provided.

The staff were amazing. It's been a long time since we have experienced such friendly and helpful service at a London hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the young, trendy and relaxed feel of the hotel and really enjoyed exploring the colourful local area. We were also lucky to stumble upon the Sunday market in Brick Lane with live music and stalls selling food from all across the world.

This was our first hotel stay on our Euro trip and it was a great first place to call home for a few days. The hotel is in a great location with lots of walkable pubs & shopping in Shoreditch. The hotel bar & restaurant was really lovely - we stopped in for breakfast and late night drinks multiple times. The prices for food & drinks are a bit expensive, but it's a hotel in Shoreditch so I was prepared & expected it. The hotel staff was super helpful and we found ourselves making friends with the bartenders, so we'd stop in to wind down and it was a great way to end our days. The room is a bit small, but I've stayed at Citizen M hotels before so I knew what the expect. The features & amenities in the room are very nice though! I love that I can always rely on CM for a fun stay at a great value!

Good location although the tube is a bit of a walk. Pleasant staff. Comfortable rooms, thought through. Quiet.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was light and airy. I particularly liked the iPad for controlling everything.

The room was gorgeous and was the perfect size for a couple!
