It had everything you needed for a relaxing stay in the South Kensington/Earls Court part of London. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, fully equipped and great location.

A really warm greeting, the apartment was immaculate and really well appointed. You could see the commitment to maintaining this standard throughout.

Feels like home! Our Apartment was very comfortable and modern. It has all you need for a perfect stay in London. There is a small pantry, Coffee and Tea, a fridge and possibilities to cook. The Apartments are located in the amazing neighbourhood of Kensington with two Undergrounds and a lot of bus stations near by and a big supermarket. We had three wonderful days here. But most of all we want to thank all the operating managers and staff to be so helpful and friendly. It really was a pleasure being your guests.

Clean, comfortable, modern, spacious.

Very clean and in good condition. Great to have our own space. The staff on reception could not have been more helpful and Karim made our checkout very easy and was keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Everything was as described. Brilliant location. Would recommend. Great price for central London.

Cleanliness of the facility , location and friendly staff

It had all ammenities including 2 sofa beds which was perfect for a family of 4. Location was perfect and the room was in impeccable condition with a 24/7 concierge.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great…less than 5 mins walk from Earls Court Station. The apartments are spacious and clean and tidy.

Location and staffs (friendly, polite and knowledgeable).

We loved our stay in this apartment. Roomy and comfortable, modern and clean. Having a kitchen was such as bonus as it meant we could have prepared meals from the local Sainsburys, which saved money and meant we didn't have to go out looking for an evening meal after a day of sightseeing. The location is perfect between Earls Court and Gloucester road tube stations. We preferred Earls court as it has step-free access. We were grateful to have a washer/dryer in the apartment too so we could catch up with laundry after days of travel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage until check-in time so we could walk to Hyde Park. The room price is excellent for London. We would certainly stay there again.
