Clarence House Hotel is on the Esplanade in Tenby, facing Caldey Island. The beaches are 200 metres away and the town centre a 5-minute stroll, while the station and the Caldey boats are within 10 minutes on foot.
Every room has a TV, plus complimentary hot drinks and an en suite with a hairdryer. Drinks from the Seagull Bar can be taken into the rose garden, and the sea-view dining room serves breakfast and light lunches.
A lift serves every floor and there is a side entrance for disabled guests; the dining room, bar and reception are level on the ground floor. It suits couples and families.
