We had a large room on an upper floor with two terraces overlooking London. The room was completely updated including alternative formats to recharge your devices. Very handy light switches controlling all the different light sources, as well as the Do Not Disturb sign - all easily accessible from the terrifically comfortable bed. Service throughout was very fast and responsive whatever the request. It was hot when we were in London and upon arriving to the room it was warm. We turned the AC up but it became clear that something was off with it and we called Housekeeping. About 3 minutes later a repairman arrived and quickly fixed the AC. The service throughout was efficient and friendly - never stuffy or self-important. Special thanks to Gavin at the front desk and Miles a member of the Concierge team - very helpful, friendly and humorous. Overall it was a great stay - expensive for sure but the hotel delivered at every level.

25 years ago I have been working in the restaurant of the Claridges. It was always a dream, to be there a gast end lately this dream come true and it was an outstanding experience. The staff was friendly, helpfull and approached me if my question could not be answered as soon as the spotted me again. The room i have stayed was on the 7th floor and had a balcony. Lucky me and my husband (we celebrated our 15th anniversary) the weather was comfortable warm and cloudy - therefore we could enjoy the afternoon on the balcony watching over the houses of london. As I mentioned the anniversary as a side remark, I was highly suprised of the "small" suprises which were delivered to our room.

Our visit was to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and they made it extra special by upgrading us to a suite, there were balloons, a cake & a gift which was so thoughtful and we really appreciated this gesture!

The service at Claridge’s cannot be beat! The hallmark of this hotel is attentive and personalized service. From afternoon tea, to a martini at the bar, to breakfast at Claridge’s restaurant, the staff makes you feel like royalty. The room was also quite big for this part of town. It was very comfortable.

Great location. Great welcome, staff always polite and helpful. Room was a good size with good technology. Nice rainfall shower and standalone bath. Bed and linen very comfortable. Swimming pool small but not busy. Sauna and steamroom good.
