ClarIon is a GREAT hotel in the Golden Horn of Istanbul. The hotel offers beautiful views over the bay, and spacious rooms equipped with all amenities. The staff is super attentive and housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. We also loved the breakfast with a view in the morning with a variety of dishes and fresh orange juice. The plus is the convenient shuttle service to Taksim and the airport (at set times). We highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We were delighted by the comfortable airport transfer and pleasantly surprised to discover the complimentary daily shuttle to the city center. We also really enjoyed the breakfast with its amazing view of the city. We especially appreciated the transfer back to the airport — it made the end of our stay stress-free and convenient. Overall, our experience with the hotel was perfect!

We arrived early in the morning and appreciated how quick and smooth the check-in process was. Although we had to pay extra for a half-day since we arrived before the standard check-in time, it made sense and was worth it for the convenience. The room had a fantastic view overlooking the Golden Horn — absolutely beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Overall, a pleasant stay with efficient service and a view that made it all worthwhile.

Without a doubt, best customer services team I have experienced for a while. The team of Hilal, Huda, Buse, Parisa were truly outstanding in their entirety as well as individuals. Hakan in the front desk was also an absolute gem. Besides the above, the facilities are top notch - very good size rooms in excellent condition. I actually used the room services as well, which I almost never do and the portions were truly humongous. All in all, best value for money I have had for a very long time, with delightful customer experience as well!

The breakfast wasn’t very impressive in terms of variety compared to what you usually find in Turkey, but it was acceptable overall. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They kindly upgraded us to a better room when I requested it, and their customer service was excellent overall.
