Perfect location and good standards in all respects.

It is located close to all the attractions. It has a bus stop outside and is walking distance from the tube. It has a beautiful room where you can relax and get a free tea, coffee or hot chocolate at any stage throughout the day.

Very comfortable, staff were really friendly, very helpful, breakfast great the day after. The hotel is situated perfectly for our Theatre trip which was 400yds away.

The staff were very courteous and polite. Check in and check out was very easy and quick. The room was spacious, had a very large wall mounted TV and wonderful large walk in shower. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding felt really nice. The room was immaculately clean and there were fresh water facilities on every floor and a free coffee lounge where you could help yourself to tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water

The hotel location was superb. The hotel is an imposing building looking very high end. The room we booked was on the small side. The door opened onto an intrusive pillar inside the room which you had to be careful not to collide with when entering and exiting. I think you have to be realistic, the trade off for location vs room size for central London was apparent. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom was fine. I haven't stayed anywhere else for comparison at the £ 250.00 per night price point so difficult to be difinitive. The checkin desk were friendly and helpful.
