The location of the property is outstanding. A quiet street in the center of London was unexpected. The hotel is understated from the road but suitably impressive once you walk through the doors. The staff in general were fantastic, from the moment we checked in to the time we left for our transfer to the airport.

The location was ideal for us as we were attending a friend’s wedding anniversary party close by. We were given a complimentary upgrade and drink from the bar. The staff were exceptional, especially Mahmodul in reception and Lewis at the bar. Even though the hotel is very close to Hyde Park Corner, it is extremely quiet and a great base for exploring London.
