The property was ocean front with undisputed views. Family owned and operated very professionally run and ocean walk distance from the city centre. The pool overlooking the sea well equipped bed chairs in the pool area and on the beach were fantastic having the option to choose either location. The rooms were in desperate need of renovation which we found out the hotel was undergoing renovations for the following year. My family and I closed the season we were literally the last customers.

Das Hotel hat einen super schönen eigenen Strandteil. Das Meer ist sehr schön. Am Beach kann mann leckeres essen sowie Getränke bestellen.Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das einzige Manko ist, dass sie kein Lift haben und die Dusche quasi mit dem WC ineinander ist. Das habe ich total unhygienisch gefunden. Aber sonst ist das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage ein Traum. Mann kommt zu Fuss in 10 Minuten am Strandentlagen in die Stadt. Die Hotelbesitzen waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Ich kann das Hotel gerne jeden weiterempfehlen.
Een prachtige locatie, direct aan zee. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar en het personeel. Tot onze verrassing kregen we zelfs een upgrade naar kamers met zeezicht. Het ontbijt was uitstekend. Dit hotel kan ik absoluut aanbevelen!

Die Lage war top!!! Sowohl Cunda Island als auch Ayvalik Zentrum lagen in direkter Nähe. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war ebenfalls eine 10/10. Man hatte neben dem Pool auch einen hoteleigenen Strand.
Хотела е с много добро разположение - над самия бряг. Има собствен ресторант, басейн, както и бар на плажният понтон, където се сервират напитки и леки храни. На няколко минути пеш, има заведения, с разнообразна кухня. Плажът е пясъчен, плитък, подходящ за деца, но тесен и след вълнение, водата е мътна... Домакините са много любезни и отзивчиви.

The Hotel's staff were very caring and helpful. We have booked a room with a garden view, they gave us a room with sea view . It had a magnificent view. Thank you for everything. I will come back again.
