The location of the hotel was very good, it is 15 min walking and 6 min driving distance from Cunda Center. You can walk to Cunda center on cute side streets of Cunda. The property had lots of different sizes of rooms. The suit rooms had sea view. The regular room we stayed had a pool view and a very partial sea view. Rooms had cute balconies. We had some difficulty in making AC work but we figured it out eventually. Bathroom was pretty small and outdated. The property had a nice garden and cafeteria area where breakfast was served. Breakfast was wonderful: full of hot and cold choices of Turkish breakfast freshly prepared and it was very filling. We visited the property on a low season, so it was quiet. It is a nice place for families, couples and friends. Hotel also serves dinner but early notice was required. The owners of the property was friendly and helpful giving us recommendation for nearby beaches and other areas.
The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. They made our stay comfortable and checked in with us every morning at breakfast to see whether we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious and fresh served next to the beachfront. The location was convenient and the amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again - it was great value for money.
People were so nice and helpful. Always they asked what we need. Pool and the room were nice. The breakfast was great.
Fabulous breakfast, friendly staff
Excellent location on the beach. Nice attitude like cold watermelon after the swim or a cup of nuts after the dinner. Nicely made, boutique-style hotel. I good care of the beach side.
I went to Cunda after spending a few days in Ayvalik and switching hotels was really worth it. The location next to the seaside is wonderful, the buildings and decorations are so very pretty and even the communication (both written and spoken) shows attention to detail. The staff was so super friendly and could find solutions to every problem I had and were super considerate. After a week in Turkey with some language difficulties I had no troubles communicating here. I had the excellent breakfast while having a nice view on the sea, the hotel also provides direct access to the beach. I did not use the pool, but it was pretty. I also used the laundry service. I really liked the walking distance to the center of Cunda where you find lots of old pretty painted buildings, nice shops and restaurants. I hope I can come back one day, especially the people working at Cundavilla made my stay very special.
Excellent staff & advices
The location was perfect, 10 steps to the beach, walking distance to the old town and cafes and restaurants. It was quiet which was what we wanted. Suited to families and those looking for a non party hotel. The room was spotless and we had a beautiful sea view. The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. I wish we’d stayed longer.
The room was very confortable and the pool was a delight! The breakfasts were varied, plentiful and tasty. We had dinner in the restaurant and It was delicious. All the staff were super helpful, friendly and nice to talk to. It would have been nice to stay even longer.
This is truly one of the nicest hotel you can stay in Cunda the views are absolutely stunning and unforgettable. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cunda. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail throughout. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach, always available to help with anything we needed. A nice touch was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and visually beautiful stay in a prime spot in Cunda. Would absolutely return!
The staff went above and beyond to help us with a few things. We left early before breakfast, they packed us a breakfast to go. The accomodation has its own private beach , was so nice to go for a swim and watch the sunset.

Amazing hotel and staff. We had the best stay. Will be back! The hotel is really cute and clean. Perfect location on the beach with amazing views and loads of restaurants nearby. Nice and surprisingly quiet which we loved, as we were out partying but nice to come back and have sleep. Staff were excellent. Thank you!
Super breakfast. Own private beach with free umbrella and sunbeds. It was super windy when we arrived, we spend time at pool after swim in the sea. Super friendly stuffs and owners.
We only thought to stay one night passing through the region, but loved the location, the staff, the food, and the area so much we extended our stay for the remainder of our time in Turkey! If you are considering visiting Ayvalik and/or Cunda Island, I highly recommend this local hotel villa and restaurant! Wonderful people! And there is access to a private beach and pool and is only a few minute walk to the south side of the island.

I liked location, breakfast and friendliness of staff very much. It was amazing to smell how the wind brought the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle flowers from the trees in the yard into the room. I have stayed in dozens of hotels in different countries to this day, and I have never seen such friendly and helpful staff anywhere. Special thanks to Arif bey and Levent bey.
