Delta Hotel Istanbul

We were given a room under the restaurant, which was very noisy, but when we reported this, we were given another, nicer room.

Everything

The location is excellent, the staff are very kind, Mr. Orhan helped me a lot to get to know the city and shopping places, the restaurant staff are excellent and friendly.

wonderful staff. friendly, help with luggage. very nice to children. breakfast is plentiful, even soup. Orhan is very professional and friendly. rooms are clean, cleaned every day. new towels. they serve water in the room every day. helped us with our luggage. nice lobby, they serve coffee and tea. worth the money..

Room was good but little bit small in size. Breakfast was very good & location was perfect with good transport links.

The location was nearer to almost all famous destinations The staff were calm, helpful, supportive, and understanding out needs. Really worth for the money

My stay at Delta was lovely! The hotel is at an amazing location, close to the metro, tram and a lot of the sites are not far away. An amazing area to check out the wholesale clothing districts too. Reception manager Orhan was super helpful and so was restaurant manager Abdullah. I will be back!

We will start with the positives of this hotel and then mention some aspects that could be improved. The staff is highly professional and respectful, always attentive to guests' needs. The rooms are well-proportioned and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including tea, a kettle, and fresh towels changed daily. The location is excellent, close to public transportation, the port, and the train station, with the Grand Bazaar within a reasonable distance. The breakfast was with limited options. The restaurant on the ground floor is truly exceptional! The food is delicious, fresh, and prepared right in front of you. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel!
