Divan Cave House

Ms Dua was kind and helpful. What I saw in the reviews it was more than that. Worth staying at this hotel when visiting Cappadocia.

The staff was very kind, reactive and helpful, they helped to book for the hot ballon and to get birthday cakes as it was the birthday of my two friends. They arrange another bed in the room to accommodate for an additional friend joining the trip. The breakfast is amazing (large choice of local food), the private bath is awesome.

Great location with romantic roof terrace to chill and watch the balloons. Staff (Boa, in particular) were very helpful in organising day trips and resolving some of our travel issues.

I absolutely loved the rooftop - to me, this is the best selling point of the property (besides the staff!). The decor is tasteful and serene (I appreciated that there was no neon). Nida at the bar was fantastic, was so sweet, and even offered to take my picture when I was struggling with my camera. Doa at reception was also amazing and helped me get re-booked when my balloon trip was cancelled for weather. Breakfast was yummy, the walk to town was slightly farther (and steeper!) than I expected, but it was nice away from the main area of town.

Location, room was large and comfortable.

Everything from breakfast, to staff to facilites. Everything is perfect. Plus the terrace view of thr balloons are the highlight of the trip.

Oh my gosh, you have to stay at Divan! This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything and super easy to get to and from the main centre. The breakfast was the best buffet breakfast we had, so many options, fresh and just delicious. The rooms were so fun, was a great experience staying in cave! The rooftop had the BEST views of Cappadocia and the hot air balloons, there’s a big bar and another top balcony with the most beautiful rugs, cushions, fairy lights and a big day bed. Doa was the main staff member we spoke too, she was just so beautiful and kind. Made us feel so welcomed and helped us with everything! Cannot recommend this place more, was the highlight of our trip and a hotel we won’t ever forget

Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff, Yilidiray especially was very nice.

Very friendly staff and excellent view from the rooftop. Good breakfast, also with an amazing view. Comfortable beds and good AC. And the roomservice saved us when we were exhausted from all the hiking and horseriding!

Best place to see the balloons, organised us a balloon ride and also airport transfers. Have loads of terraces to chill on. Really amazing place to go. Really good breakfast and really good staff and service.

The attention was exceptional! Very warm and nice. Breakfast good and fresh.

Rooms are beautifully decorated. Beautiful rooftop with a bar to watch either sunrise or sunset. Fantastic breakfast.

Out of all the places I have traveled, this was the best place, it exceeded my expectations IMMENSELY. The best part was the staff, I felt like I was at home. They are so attentive and insistent on helping in anyway possible! They are hands down the most amazing staff, every individual in there. The room was super clean filled with amenities. Its in a prime location everything is so easy and close to get to! Everything was 100000/10!

The place was pretty and about a 10' walk from the "center", but what is most memorable from our stay at Divan Cave House was the staff! They were highly accommodating and helpful! Really happy with our experience with them :)
