Dosso Dossi Hotels & Spa Downtown

Everything was fine, location, brekfast , spa, staff...

10/10 for this hotel and special thanks for Bilal and Abdullah

Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond

The staff rating is 10 thanks to two employees who should be singled out, who work in the hotel restaurant/bar, namely Omer and Hasan. Exceptional service, kindness, hospitality and friendliness.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely

The staff were very friendly and helpful Hotel was really clean

The staff is very nice, minor technical issue in the room was resolved immediately. Breakfast is good and the cooked part changes every day. We booked two rooms but got an upgrade on connected rooms. The spa section is nice. The mattresses are pretty soft. I didn't like them, the other person did like them

And everything

Facilities and breakfast buffet..

I stayed for 5 nights and, as always, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. I always enjoy coming back here.. thank you for another great stay!

The location is spectacular! People are very friendly.. especially the receptionists and the cleaners in particular there is a very friendly cleaner who speaks Adabic i wish i could remember her name but sadly i’ve got a fish memory but she was just amazing!

You are in the right place in Istanbul

Very nice and helpful staff. Our family really enjoyed the kind greetings and pleasant environment. Really nice location, very comfortable to access different spots of the city. High quality breakfast and service, some young crew still very respectful and professional. The rooms are spacious and cleaning is very efficient. In overall we can suggest this hotel for good quality stays and adventurous experience of city of Istanbul. I am almost sure we will go back to this hotel at least one more time.
