An excellent hotel that deserves every recommendation for professionalism and attitude towards guests. I had special requirements regarding hypoallergic bedding and cleanliness of the room, due to my mother's autoimmune disease and the allergies we both have. I cannot describe enough the attention with which they fulfilled my every request and wish including the need to consult a doctor due to a health problem that suddenly appeared to my mother. Our room, 809 overlooking the Golden Horn, was comfortable and perfectly clean thanks to the excellent Mr. Ramazan to whom I would like to specially thank (we never lacked anything including enough water, hygiene products, regular change of hypoallergenic bedding). The reception works perfectly, for all needs you might have, which is fantastic. The spa is good and clean, except for our bad experience once when other guests (2 Russian women) stole all our towels ( hard to belive I know since the towells are free of charge, included in the spa service). The breakfast is good & plentyfull, varied even for people who are quite picky like me (since I am allergic to pepper and garlic)- which includes fresh fried eggs, omlet etc. You have a good and comfortable breakfast space with beautiful surroundings and a view of the Golden Horn, which is a privilege in a city like Istanbul. Additional comfort is provided with 2 shuttle services to Taksim every morning. In short, thanks to the excellent team for making our vacation comfortable and beautiful. All recommendations for this excellent hotel!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked three rooms, and we asked for early check in as we arrived to the property around 7:30 am. We were offered one early check in room and free breakfast for three of us. The front desk team: Widad, Mohammed, Salman, and others thank you very much. During our stay and at the checkout everyone was trying their best to make sure our stay was ok and pleasant.

Good location. It is not in busy area. Nice local restaurants nearby. 15-20 min to the center by taxi. It is nice that there is a shuttle bus to Taksim. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful stuff. The building is old, but clean. We had room with terrace with the beautiful view. Enjoyed the massage.

Everything was up to par. Great hotel, beautiful view, nice spa, good breakfast and the convenience of free transfer to Taksim. Special thanks for the room upgrade and the little surprise for my husband's birthday, especially Mohammed who helped make it happen. I recommend it and would come back again.
